Attorney Rae Halperin has dedicated her legal career to the practice of US Immigration Law. She brings broad experience to the firm, having worked for over ten years representing clients before the USCIS, Immigration Courts and US Consulates abroad. She has successfully appealed cases to the Administrative Appeals Office, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
